So, the story continues...
The package was delivered in a Tuesday. The first step was (as recommended by the vendor) to verify that the package contents are intact and that everything is fine in there.
It looked fine, at a first glance. Later i have discovered that there are small problems in there, but this is 'later'.
I have started to put all the 'ribs' together on the keel and make sure that everything fits together nicely.
I asked the internet about the recommended persuasion methods and decided what to do.
I soaked it for half of hour in warm water and then put it under a few books. The second day was dry and straight.

I have started to put all the 'ribs' together on the keel and make sure that everything fits together nicely.
It looked fine.
At this moment i have started to put together the keel. Because of the size (it is almost 1 meter long) it was cut in two pieces in order to fit in the box. One of the pieces was not so straight and it needed some persuasion to stay in line.
